setup-go@v6 defaults GOTOOLCHAIN=local, so the pinned Go 1.23 can no longer auto-upgrade for govulncheck (needs >=1.25). Pin Go 1.26 to match build-extensions.yml and satisfy golang.org/x/vuln. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
