Document and compile a complete app shared by human and agent runtimes #64

Description

@ben-ranford

Outcome

Synthetic persona: Asha — first-time Go application integrator. Job: Build a real typed-action application without reverse-engineering internal demonstration commands.

This is a repository-grounded improvement hypothesis from a synthetic workflow exercise, not validated customer demand.

Evidence

Baseline: 64b0d0d96954 / v1.0.0-rc.2.

Bounded scope

Provide one small executable application-owned model/reducer/view with typed action registry, theme and orderly lifecycle. Use the public session-agent bridge once available instead of inventing another composition layer; explain app-owned authorization. Demonstrate one human/line and one JSONL action that produce the same normalized semantic tree hash.

Acceptance checks

  • Example source is compiled and documented commands execute in CI using public imports.
  • One action through each host path yields equal semantic tree hashes after excluding only explicitly documented runtime/session envelope identity; assert the same reducer handles both.
  • Show context cancellation and cleanup plus minimal config wiring; link existing security/stale-target contract tests instead of duplicating their full harness.
  • README/adoption guide link to runnable source and expected output; no internal or unreleased adapter imports.

Compatibility and dependencies

Preserve the v1 root API and wire meanings. Additive tooling/docs or behavior-preserving validation; no root dependency or minimum-Go increase is implied.

Dependencies: #62

Milestone plan and shared release prerequisites: #38. Priority: P2. Required verification must preserve existing gates; completing this issue does not itself authorize a release.
