This pull request updates both the French and English project listing and project description sections of the website to improve clarity, modernize content, and better highlight recent and significant projects. It also refines the interactive programming languages list and corrects minor language and formatting issues in the introductory sections.

Project listing and description updates:

• Updated the quick links and project sections in both index.html (French) and english/english.html (English) to:
  • Add the Montérégie Golf League as a highlighted project with external links.
  • Reorder and rephrase project links for clarity and consistency.
  • Add target="_blank" and rel="noopener noreferrer" to all external and internal project links for improved security and user experience. [1] [2]
• Overhauled the project descriptions in section/section-projets-english.html to:
  • Introduce more detailed and modern descriptions for each project.
  • Highlight technologies used (e.g., React, PHP, MySQL, APIs).
  • Add a new section for the Montérégie Golf League project.
  • Improve the structure and clarity of all project descriptions, including the calculator, poker management tools, and user account systems.

Programming languages list improvements:

• Refactored the interactive language list in index.js to:
  • Update and expand the list with modern technologies (e.g., React, Vite, Git).
  • Improve code readability and maintainability by assembling the list as a template string.
  • Ensure language-specific assembly terminology is displayed based on the selected language.

Introductory section refinements:

• Corrected minor typographical and formatting issues in the French and English introductory sections (section/section-accueil.html, section/section-accueil-english.html), such as apostrophe usage and sentence structure. [1] [2]
