I made a few changes for clarity. Future updates can take different shapes and forms.
I also think that if there aren't multiple (3+ pages) dedicated to exam writing we may want to consider making it one (1) page and placing it under logistics. Maybe we just need to clarify what "logistics" means here...

Pedagogical guidelines part is in progress, will probably do that in a separate PR since I need to transfer from stuff from CS 88 internal docs.
