In the paper, you mention having code for computing relative fitness values and mechanical coefficients, but I can't find this on either this github repo or on zenodo. The results tables for BISCUT have KS statistics and p-values but apparently not RF, unless I missed it somewhere. Where can I find the code to compute the RF values and mechanical coefficients or where are they being computed and stored when I run BISCUT? Thanks.
