SecureStay QR is a modern emergency assistance platform built for hotels, resorts, and hospitality environments. It enables guests to request help instantly by scanning a room-specific QR code or entering their room code manually. The system automatically identifies the guest’s location and sends real-time alerts to hotel staff for immediate response.
By reducing communication delays and confusion during critical situations, SecureStay QR improves guest safety, operational efficiency, and emergency coordination.
In many hotels, emergency reporting still depends on calling reception or physically finding staff. During panic situations such as fire, medical emergencies, theft, or security threats, guests may struggle to explain their room location or communicate clearly.
