Measure and document WinChess playing strength

Objective

Create a transparent and reproducible process for estimating WinChess playing
strength.

Expected work

• define a fixed hardware and time-control configuration;
• choose suitable open UCI opponents;
• use a balanced opening suite;
• record wins, draws, losses, crashes, and time forfeits;
• calculate an estimated rating difference with uncertainty;
• publish commands, configuration, and raw result files.

Acceptance criteria

• another contributor can reproduce the experiment;
• the report distinguishes measured results from estimates;
• hardware, engine versions, options, openings, and time controls are recorded;
• no unsupported Elo claim is added to the README.
