Requirements

Apache 2.x or newer, with mod_rewrite enabled
PHP 5.4 or newer, with PDO and the PDO-SQLite driver enabled

Installing

The site can be deployed to new servers very quickly. Only config.php needs editing, to reflect the current domain name, and database name.
