This is the implementation for Simplicity on Bitcoin Inquisition.
It is based on Russell O'Connor's branch here: bitcoin/bitcoin@master...roconnor-blockstream:bitcoin:simplicity
It is using the latest Bitcoin Jets for Simplicity defined here: BlockstreamResearch/simplicity#324
