Service adapter scripts (ChatGPT, Gmail, Telegram)

The README documents DOM selectors for ChatGPT, Gmail, Telegram, and Slack. Package these into standalone adapter scripts that work out of the box:

• `adapters/chatgpt.sh` — read/write for chatgpt.com
• `adapters/gmail.sh` — read inbox, compose, send
• `adapters/telegram.sh` — read/send on web.telegram.org

Each adapter should follow the same `scrape.sh` / `post.sh` pattern. Same interface, different selectors.
