Record recursive sovereign provenance and economic-lineage qualification

ENTITY governs ENTITY

This PR records a completed BTG-controlled recursive qualification in which ENTITY v3.3.0 registered and traced ENTITY's own development lineage from the v1.0 RC sequence through v3.3.0, plus the final Rust, TypeScript, C#, Go, Swift and Java clean-room results.

What was exercised

• 9 release-stage ENTITY/DCO objects registered;
• 6 final clean-room result objects registered;
• 26 signed Evidence Objects;
• 9 Rights Passports;
• 42 provenance edges;
• legacy/v1, v3.1, v3.2 and v3.3 clean-room campaign results carried in the registered evidence;
• backward provenance from v3.3.0 to the v1.0 RC lineage;
• forward provenance from v1 to v3.3.0, all six clean-room results and convergence evidence;
• provider-independent sovereign bundle export;
• encrypted full-state backup;
• destructive deletion of the qualification state;
• restore to a new state directory;
• re-verification of every Evidence Object and Rights Passport;
• identical state semantic root, sovereign-bundle semantic root and causal/economic graph root after recovery.

Economic/claim boundary

The campaign does not invent historical contribution percentages, royalties, revenue, market value, accounting fair value or legal ownership. Historical provenance carries zero contribution weight unless evidence supports a real percentage. The result demonstrates provenance and economic-lineage readiness, not manufactured valuation.

This PR does not move or rewrite the published v3.3.0 tag or release snapshot. The encrypted state backup, recovery key and synthetic sovereign bundle are not committed publicly; their cryptographic/semantic roots are recorded in the qualification evidence.
