Summary

  • chatgpt-app-submission.json described the filtered /mcp/readonly from blindpay-v2 #2548 (42 tools, openWorldHint: false, trimmed responses). That PR is closed, so the file no longer matched the live server, and OpenAI rejects mismatched annotations.
  • Rebuilt the tools block from the live server card (https://mcp.blindpay.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json, version 1.10.0+2b04fec): read-only tools minus wallet message signing and the webhook secret gives 44 tools, all readOnlyHint: true, destructiveHint: false, openWorldHint: true. Tool order follows the card.
  • Rewrote the open-world justification to match true, and removed the "restricted identifiers are omitted" and "limited customer summary" claims from test cases.
  • submissions/openai.md: removed the "OpenAI-only surface" wording (the endpoint is shared with every client), replaced the deploy step with a rebuild step, and recorded the personal-data risk the reviewer may flag.

Validation

  • JSON parses; 44 tools, one annotation set across all of them.
  • Tool names checked against the live server card.

The submission described a filtered /mcp/readonly (42 tools, openWorldHint false, trimmed responses) from blindpay-v2 #2548, which was closed. Rebuild the tools block from the live server card (44 tools, openWorldHint true) and drop the omitted-fields claims from test cases and the brief.
