Inject wiki page hints into the system prompt on the first LLM call so agents have awareness of existing project knowledge. Five guards protect context budget: non-subagent, first-turn only, config gate, model size >8B, and empty-result skip. Content capped at 2KB. Add experimental.wiki config block with auto_query and triage toggles, both defaulting to true. Closes: #101
