Adopt @bounded-systems/mint — retire hand-tagging.
Adds the canonical caller pair, pinned to mint v0.3.1:
version.yml— validates.release/intents (fails closed on a malformed one) + previews the next version on every PR.release.yml— mint's reusablerelease-provenance.yml: on av*tag, emits + keyless-signs the in-toto release Statement and attaches it to the GitHub release..release/README.md— the intent convention.Existing publish / CI workflows are untouched — mint owns version + tag + provenance; the registry push stays where it is.
Mirrors the reference adoption bounded-systems/conformance-kit#30.
