If this commit is accepted, files for modifying the codebookr package to allow for the injection of arbitrary summary statistics will be created.
If this commit is accepted, files for adding column attributes using a CSV file will be created.
- Related to issue # 53. - If this commit is accepted, the code for injecting custom summary stats will be added into the codebookr file and some style issues will be fixed.
- Related to issue brad-cannell#44 - If this commit is accepted, minor issues such as the length of code lines will be fixed.
brad-cannell#5 If this commit is implemented, the codebook function will undergo the following changes: - The function will have the ability to produce an html version of the codebook. - The code will be updated to allow the creation of custom summary stats tables based on user-defined functions. - The code will be updated to no longer allow the creation of custom summary stats tables based on list of arbitrary tables. - The maggitr pipe will be replaced by the base r pipe.
# 53 If this commit is accepted, the following changes will be implemented: - The `cb_inject_custom_summary_tables` file will be replaced by the `cb_custom_summary_stats ` file. This file contains a function that allows for use of custom functions instead of a list of data frames to customize the summary statistics tables. - The cb_custom_summary_stats _to_ft function will be adjusted to maintain the width of the summary stats table with different numbers of columns and to allow users to determine the column names of the output tables.
