What is this PR
Why is this PR needed?
We'd like a proof-of-concept zebrafinch template to evaluate whether our data is suitable for template building.
What does this PR do?
Adds code for the three high-level steps used to make a mixed-sex (8 female, 8 male) zebrafinch template at 25 um.

How has this PR been tested?
Manually. This is the exact code run to create the initial template and the preliminary results (second rigid registration, so far) were visually inspected and seem reasonable:
