When I tested this App recently (on my brain anat image), the App finished "successfully" but the output wasn't defaced.
I've noticed the following log

I don't know if this is an issue with freesurfer 7.1.1 or just my brain hard to deface. But I don't know if I should detect this condition and mark the app as fail - because user might not realize that the data is not defaced.
