Release publication currently rebuilds and tests the same commit that Fedora CI already validated on main. The release workflow now checks the latest Fedora push run for the exact release commit and sends the COPR webhook only when that run completed successfully.
Missing, pending, failed, or cancelled validation blocks delivery with instructions to rerun after validation succeeds. The workflow retains the version-tag check, removes the reusable build invocation, and updates the Fedora documentation.
Validation: workflow YAML and shell syntax checks passed, as did git diff --check. The result-selection logic was checked against successful, missing, failed, pending, and newer cancelled runs. No live COPR webhook was sent during verification.
