Project: Go Home (2026)

"Get Home Alive."

BRANZINO and the TJHESS-E system represent an integrated hemostatic and tissue management architecture designed to treat massive junctional hemorrhage (inguinal and axillary) where standard tourniquets cannot be applied.

1. Core Philosophy: "One-Shot & Run"

  • Kinematic Repurposing: Transforms standard-issue infantry knee/elbow pads into high-pressure hemostatic chamber walls.
  • Low-Cost Material: Utilizes high-tensile agricultural PO/PE greenhouse film to bypass specialized medical supply chain instabilities.
  • Minimal Cognitive Load: Designed to eliminate manual pressure titration, allowing a "Shoot & Run" doctrine through automated mechanical pressure regulation and full-volume discharge.

2. Technical Specifications (The BRANZINO Standard)

  • Triple Sequential V-Valves: A springless, cam-over sliding mechanism with precise 0.2–0.3 mm clearances to automatically maintain arterial tamponade pressure and vent excess gas.
  • Branzino Pepper (Gelation): A granular catalyst (Thrombin/Chitosan) that triggers a hyper-hemostatic state, forming a macroscopic viscoelastic bio-plug within seconds.
  • Lubricated Interface: PEG-integrated polymers synthesize a low-friction film upon contact with blood, preventing tissue integration.

3. Tactical Execution Sequence (The TJHESS-E Kit)

The TJHESS-E implementation standardizes the BRANZINO architecture into a 30-second mechanical survival kit.

  • Phase 1 (0-5 Seconds): High-Pressure Chemical Debridement via primary nozzle to disperse contaminants and numb peripheral nerves.
  • Phase 2 (5-15 Seconds): Application of the multi-layer casing and mechanical lock using a unidirectional Ratchet Tie-Lock for external compression.
  • Phase 3 (15-25 Seconds): Exothermic Tamponade injection of polyurethane foam (38-40°C) to penetrate deep severed arteries and mitigate the Lethal Triad.
  • Phase 4 (25-30 Seconds): Systemic Shock Prevention via Fentanyl transmucosal patch and immediate tactical egress (Shoot & Run).

4. Definitive Care: Surgical "Twist & Release"

  • Objective: Non-traumatic removal of hemostatic foam at a Role 2/3 surgical facility.
  • Mechanism: Lateral bilateral twisting motion applied to the external shield.
  • Shear Force Separation: Friction between the multi-layer gauze collapses, allowing the foam plug to drop out cleanly (En Bloc) without evulsing raw tissue.

5. ⚠️ WARNING / DANGER (CRITICAL)

  • Life Over Limb: This system prioritizes absolute survival over limb preservation. The exothermic foam may cause local thermal injuries, accepted as a necessary tactical trade-off to prevent immediate exsanguination and hypothermia.
  • Abdominal Contraindication: NEVER inject foam into abdominal eviscerations or penetrating abdominal cavities. Utilize the vinyl guide and multi-layer gauze only as a protective bowel bag without foam injection.

6. License: BRANZINO Interoperability License (BIL) v1.0

  • Mandatory Interoperability: Manufacturers must strictly adhere to the 0.2–0.3 mm valve scaling and docking port geometries.
  • Humanitarian Open-Source: Commercial sale is permitted, but proprietary lock-in or patent claims designed to restrict free use for saving human lives are strictly prohibited.
  • Source Transparency: All physical implementations must display the text: "DESIGNED BY BRANZINOSEA - PROJECT: GO HOME".
