navigator.webdriver is true for Playwright/Selenium/Puppeteer and false
for real users. The toolbar's fixed bottom-4 right-4 panel was
intercepting clicks on real submit buttons on mobile viewports during
E2E runs (next dev keeps NODE_ENV=development under Playwright too),
causing spurious mobile-chrome/mobile-safari failures. The E2E suite
already selects its mock scenario via the URL token, not the toolbar,
so hiding it under automation is safe.
