- Introduced `.github/workflows/release.yml` to build and release pre-built binaries for Linux, macOS, and Windows. - Updated `README.md` with instructions for downloading and installing the Clash CLI binary. - Added `skills/clash-cli/SKILL.md` for documenting the clash-cli skill usage. - Minor updates to `language.json` to reflect usage count changes.
