Adds a dedicated desktop Logs tab for #162: severity, exact-tag and main-process filters, escaped raw output, local search and optional snapshot refresh. Reads use the existing bounded ADB driver, never clear logs, and keep payloads out of automatic debug reports. Leaving, hiding or stopping the view drops late results and stops future polling.
This is a bounded recent-window viewer, not lossless continuous recording. App filtering excludes helper processes and cannot distinguish historical PID reuse. Unsupported device flags remain visible errors.
All six CI jobs pass at 6a882c6 (run 37883927752): three-platform Rust, desktop/mobile browser regressions and simulated-device end-to-end tests. Local integration checks passed typecheck, build, seven poller lifecycle cases, launcher and log-viewer browser suites, and Rust formatting. The poller test loader now uses the existing TypeScript compiler and works on Node 26.
Integrated current main, preserved launcher-source behavior and both changelog entries, regenerated and inspected dark/light galleries, and committed them. Synthetic Playwright videos were delivered to the owner. No real TV was used, so physical-device compatibility remains unverified. No release tag or device configuration changes are included.
