Recommended build sequence (interaction/projection foundations before content blocks). Step 1 is in the project board's Ready column; everything else is Backlog until its turn. Dependencies between these are also tracked as native GitHub issue relationships (blocked-by), not just this list: 1. #18, #32, #35, #40, #71, #103, #145, #157 — foundations: block-manipulation/collection-view base infra, shared provenance projection (#35, blocks #152/#153/#154), the viewConfig LWW fix (#71) bundled with #32 since both touch the same structure, and the categorized slash-menu (#157) before new block commands (step 2/3/5) get filed into it 2. #42, #150, #151 — immediately visible daily-editor gains (#150 blocked by #145) 3. #15, #152, #153, #154, #155 — coherence: relation picker (#15, blocks #154's relation display/editing), block actions/outline, synced-block safety, record detail pane, bookmark block 4. #67, #100, #104-#106 — remaining Collection polish, all blocked by #103 (they touch the exact Board/Calendar/FieldManager files #103 refactors) 5. #148 (columns, blocked by #40), #149 (math) — last, once docs/specifications/block-capability-contract.md's fields are filled out for them; both cut deeper into nested-block and rich-text semantics than their UI suggests #81 (reverse-link projection) was pulled out of 0.4.0 — it's a scalability optimization over the existing in-memory backlink index, not a blocker for this milestone's coherence work, and it's itself blocked by #70 (record_index read model), which has no milestone yet. Revisit both together in a later milestone.
