Summary
The Dashboard's Fabric Integrity dial had no NOC widget; Device Summary carried the same up/total counts only as tiles. This adds a Fabric Integrity widget: the share of enabled devices currently
up, drawn as a ring (green at 95% and above, amber from 80%, red below).Test plan
