BSQ AudioLink

Audio link library based on both of these projects:

• BSAudioLink
• vrc-udon-audio-link

This library lets modelers use information from the environment in gameplay for their shaders. Recently I saw BSAudioLink being used and I just instantly wanted it on quest.
