Ensure that `LightColorizer`s are created before `InitializeLights` attempts to set the light type. A missing type would result in the `LightWithIdManager::RegisterLight` hook failing to find the requested lightID. `ChromaLightSwitchEventEffect::HandleEvent` would then be unable to find the `ILightWithId` associated with the custom lightID.
