"Backup location not set successfully"

Dear Ben,

Thanks for your sharing. I just use bgbackup and it works well. But, after using bgrestore . i define the folder restore (the same as backup folder dir) . It only failed as error : "Backup location not set successfully". Can you help me to check it.

That comes from line 116. It looks like the query which retrieves the backup location from the backup history database record is returning nothing. Double check the backup history db connection information, and make sure the record is correct.

Hello Ben,

Thanks for your information. i found my mistake. we need define exactly the hostname in bgrestore.cnf. It should work perfectly.

BTW. Can we restore the 1st or 2nd,3rd,... incremential before the last it. I use full backup daily, and incremential after 2 hours.

Currently only full backups are supported for restore.
