Be sure to check out the Tile Server repo which is in charge of writing the caches this thing reads.
@rhit-chanb also added a bunch more nodes to the inside of New Olin and Olin that weren't there before.
A few other commits (2360ac7, fdd7045, 8981d2a) ended up on master and were not directly related to the caching functionality.
