feat: add retrieval eval text report

Summary

• Add --format text for agent-memory eval retrieval while keeping JSON as the default output
• Render compact current/baseline/delta totals plus primary task type rollups and failed task/advisory summaries
• Update README and current handoff with the v0.1.11 auto-release state and the new text report command
