feat: report scheduled runner pages

Summary

• add pages_scheduled to crawl results so concurrent runs can report how many unique pages were dispatched even if fewer were fully attempted/flushed
• surface the new progress field in CLI run / test-recipe summaries and test report artifacts
• add regression coverage for concurrent timeout/max-items cases and agent/test tool report payloads
