Bring the integration tests of track/0.16 to track/0.15 #161
Description
What needs to get done
In track/0.16 we have integration tests that are testing all of Katib images we use.
We'll need to bring those tests to the track/0.15 branch, which is used for CKF 1.7.
Why it needs to get done
This will help us integrate the ROCKs and feel confident they are working as expected.
