Context
Charmed MLflow 3 is being implemented and has not been released to stable yet, so all backward-incompatible changes such as deprecated relation removals can be applied.
What needs to get done
Remove the deprecated relation with MinIO and keep only the already implemented relation with S3-integrator as the only alternative to provide MLflow with object storage for its artifact store.
