Fixes #214

Description of issue or feature:

lsof -ti:9200 can return multiple pids if more than 1 process is using port 9200, so is_service_started reports opensearch is not running when it is

Solution:

filter by -sTCP:LISTEN so only listening process is returned

How was this change tested?

  • Manually
  • Unit tests
  • Integration tests
