"Style guide" documents are superfluous and should be syntax guides

There is some confusion about the purpose of the currently included MD and rST "style guide" documents. These should be amalgamated and converted into syntax guides or syntax reference documents.

The relevant files (myst example) have been renamed already but not reworked. They should be syntax guides and should not provide guidance on style.

Style guidance in general should exist in the style guide set of documentation - and most of that needs Daniele's approval to change.

Noted! And in your opinion, should they stay as two syntax guides, one for reST and one for MyST? Or should they be combined into one?

I can see arguments for either - but I would make them focused on core features and supported extensions. There's no real point reproducing content from the Sphinx docs or MyST docs.
