Prepare the v1.7.0 release after the effective package-source diagnostics merged in #28.
The release workflow requires
pyproject.toml,setup.py, andcnpip/__init__.pyto match the release tag. This PR updates all three to1.7.0.Validation:
ruff check .ruff format --check .pyrightpytest -q— 176 passed, 1 skippedpython setup.py sdist --dist-dir /tmp/cnpip-v1.7.0-distuv buildcould not download build dependencies because the local network repeatedly reset the PyPI connection. GitHub Actions will build the artifact independently before publishing.
