Summary
Why
Issue #86 still described already-shipped capabilities and historical release blockers as future work. Keeping it open made the issue tracker inaccurate after every bounded implementation issue had been completed.
Per maintainer direction, external community posting is explicitly treated as an operational choice rather than a repository-verifiable engineering acceptance criterion.
