📌 v0.2.0: Production & Polyglot

This release adds TypeScript/JavaScript support, improves the developer experience, and sets up automated distribution to package registries.

TypeScript/JavaScript SDK

• New task() wrapper function for defining Capsule tasks
• Full compatibility with the npm ecosystem
• Requires a "main" task as entrypoint

Distribution

• Automated releases to PyPI (capsule-run), npm (@capsule-run/cli, @capsule-run/sdk), and crates.io
• Platform-specific binaries for macOS (arm64, x64), Linux (x64), and Windows (x64)

Developer Experience

• Improved task lifecycle logging
• Merged CI workflows (test + lint → ci.yml)
