Summary

add smoke coverage for demo/python/run_all.py orchestration
verify the non-launch path invokes the expected demo entrypoints
cover headless JVM helper toggling without starting Java apps

Testing

pytest tests/test_demo_run_all.py tests/test_demo_runtime.py tests/test_demo_advanced.py tests/test_demo_script.py -q
