Remove @effect/ai-openrouter, Effect runtime layers, and Effect AI tool definitions. Restore @openrouter/sdk with zod tool schemas and async/await. Keep effect for config validation and tools in single file.

Revert the Effect AI migration back to
@openrouter/sdkwithzodtool schemas and async/await. Removes@effect/ai-openrouter, Effect runtime layers, and theLanguageModel/Toolkitabstractions. Keepseffectfor config schema validation and the singletools.tsfile structure. Tool descriptions now carry usage guidance directly for the model instead of separate prompt lines.
