Replaces the OpenTUI-based terminal interface with pi-tui components while preserving Conclave and single-model flows. Updates the runtime script to
bun start, switches dependencies from@opentui/coreto@earendil-works/pi-tuipluschalk, and refreshes the lockfile. Updates the README quickstart to match the new start command.
