fix: eks version error with kube bench

No contributing guidelines but hopefully I did all thats needed, happy to discuss

When we enable kube-bench-enabled: true using the castai-agent chart we get Error in run: file node.yaml not found for version eks-1.2.0

Please note: we also noticed CPU throttling on these jobs/pods, the error probably doesn't help, but since there's no way to override resource values you can't prevent the throttle.

i think another possible solution here is to add the eks-1.2.0 config in cmd/linter/kubebench/kubebench-rules, currently only 1.3.0, 1.4.0, 1.5.0 exist. Nothing in git history points to this being intentional though so maybe we just forgot to bump.

Let me know if I'm just confused!
