The review posts inline comments only when it has findings, so a clean review usually leaves no trace on the PR. use_sticky_comment maintains one summary comment per PR, updated on each run, so every PR shows that the review happened and what it concluded. The Claude code review workflow runs on every PR, but with inline-comment mode it only posts when it has findings — a clean review usually leaves no visible trace (compare #79/#81, no comments, with #80's courtesy "No issues found").
