Replace the hand-rolled stability window and its stableChecks option with sudo-bmitch/docker-stack-wait's logic, reading UpdateStatus.State so Swarm's own update monitor decides when a deployment has settled. Deployments now fail immediately on paused or rollback_* instead of running until the timeout expires.
