• add a library-only five-route Reduced Hyphae Console over Pliego NativeRuntime
• add simulated login, session rotation, Origin/CSRF enforcement, tenant-isolated persistent state, complete SSR, and ordered activity SSR
• recover uncertain mutations through Hyphae idempotency status without exposing raw /v2 routes
• add fake-store, exact Hyphae v1.0.1 restart, and real Chrome network-isolation acceptance
• mechanically preserve stage=specified, Rust 1.86, no binary, no hyphae-* and no pliego-hyphae dependency
