- Add proposal markdown with two transactions: 1. Transfer 43M CELO from Reserve to Community Fund 2. increaseAllowance of 21.7M CELO for CICLOPS multisig - Fix mainnet.json: correct function name and add missing address field
- Added new entries to the call log for meetings held on Feb 12 and Feb 19, 2026. - Updated CGP-0219 status from DRAFT to PROPOSED and modified governance proposal ID. - Changed CGP-0225 status from PROPOSED to EXECUTED and set execution date. - Updated CGP-0227 status from DRAFT to EXECUTED with a new governance proposal ID and execution date. - Changed CGP-0228 status from DRAFT to EXPIRED and assigned a governance proposal ID. - Updated CGP-0229 status from DRAFT to REJECTED and assigned a governance proposal ID. - Changed CGP-0231 status from DRAFT to PROPOSED and assigned a governance proposal ID.
- Added new entries to the call log for meetings held on Mar 3, 2025. - Updated .gitignore to include .env files and Claude directory. - Corrected formatting in CGP documents and updated execution dates for several proposals. - Standardized discussion links for governance proposals across multiple CGPs.
