Bug: Window Switcher is not working from time to time

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the window switcher is not recognized, and the original one of macOS is used instead. So far, I've always had to restart the mac, which is, of course, bothering.

Can you use the apps window to switch by clicking the notch, or can you use the notification normally?
If you can't, then the issue relates to accessibility permission.
If the window switcher just doesn't work when you're using it, the simplest solution is to exit Peninsula first and open it again, and you don't need to restart your mac.

It looks like the accessibility permission is correctly granted. I think you can simply exit peninsula and restart it again without restarting your Mac?
I have also experienced this before when I was using stage manager. Are you using stage manager and what's the frequency for this issue?

This happens from time to time, I haven't really followed the causes. Maybe it's because I put the MacBook to sleep. I'll definitely try to narrow down the problem further and give you feedback.
Since the last version, restarting Peninsula has solved the problem.
It's possible that I installed another version of the app and didn't explicitly grant the access permissions to that version. I've had this happen with another app. As a result, I had to delete the entry in System Preferences and manually add it again.

I'm very happy that the switcher is working again. I can only repeat: it is currently the best-positioned window switch I've had. It doesn't cover the entire screen and you don't have to turn your gaze to the side. The top position is also very popular for all other OS and app-related information, which is why I've already gotten used to it. I've been looking for it for a long time.

If you're still experiencing this issue, could you please check whether it occurs while you're using your Mac or directly after waking it from sleep? Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce it.
