Adding SilverTimer to Your Home Screen on Android

This guide explains how to add SilverTimer to your Android device’s home screen using Chrome.

1. Open Chrome: Launch the Chrome browser on your Android device.
2. Visit the App: Go to https://ceotjoe.github.io/SilverTimer_PWA/.
3. Open the Menu: Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.
4. Select "Add to Home screen": From the menu, tap Add to Home screen.
5. Customize the Name (Optional): A prompt will appear with "SilverTimer" as the default name. Edit it if desired, then tap Add.
6. Finish: Chrome may prompt you to place the icon manually or add it automatically. Choose your preference, and the SilverTimer icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to launch the app.

Adding SilverTimer to Your Home Screen on iOS

This guide explains how to add SilverTimer to your iOS device’s home screen using Safari.

1. Open Safari: Launch the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Visit the App: Go to https://ceotjoe.github.io/SilverTimer_PWA/.
3. Open the Share Menu: Tap the Share icon (a square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen (or top-right on iPad).
4. Select "Add to Home Screen": Scroll down the Share menu and tap Add to Home Screen.
5. Customize the Name (Optional): A prompt will appear with "SilverTimer" as the default name. Edit it if desired, then tap Add in the top-right corner.
6. Finish: Safari will close, and the SilverTimer icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to launch the app.
