Add example data and results and extend docs

For usability, we should add a small set of example data and results, while also extending the documentation.

This should help new users experience difficulty or confusion with qc3C.

Heys @cerebis that would be great! I've just run qc3C on Hi-C data and I am having difficulties if my data is good or not, so any help would be more than welcome!
