I don’t see any RPL info from a PCAP generated in COOJA.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Contiki (master) because a patch fixing COOJA’s export format has been merged into Contiki very recently.

I’m using RPL, I see nodes appearing in the Network Visualizer but some parent/child arrows don’t appear. I’m sure I’m sniffing packets from those nodes. What’s up?

Make sure you are using the latest version of Contiki (2.7 or above).
Prior versions have a bug where the RPL Hop-By-Hop option is not included in application traffic at first hop.
