I am starting not to like this Codacy service.. Their action is broken: It's broken: codacy/codacy-analysis-cli-action#142 I will just keep this PR open until they fix it. |

Currently we only have CodeQL, and basic branch protection rules and unit tests as main protection for main branch,
This pull requests add "Codacy" scanning as well as a required step for pull requests.
